This web site allows users to enter and track customer activities, jobs, purchase orders and time for each activity providing reporting options to administrative users for tracking and billing purposes. It was custom designed to replace a paper system. Field users can enter information as soon as a purchase is made or time is entered, elmininating the need for paper copies and lost data. The reporting system provides data used to generate payroll for employees.
Allows for users in multiple dental offices to create and track patient financial arrangements and submit to the approval authority in other offices.
The Dentist Select web site is a very detailed site that was created to facilitate the sales of new and innovative products. BDH Technology integrated a custom shopping cart application with an existing merchant account to provide full featured, customizable e-commerce solution. BDH also provides ongoing order support services to help the client manage refunds, shipment problems as well as any other order related task.
BDH Technology also integrated a custom database backend to maintain a list of providers of the client's products. The providers are searchable through a provider locator function that allows potential patients to locate a provider that is located near them. The custom database backend also maintains a list of representatives for the company, which is then used to provide reports used to pay commissions based on orders received.
This site is a custom web application that allows users of the site to record daily activities and to help promote a healthy lifestyle. The site is used by NuCara Management Group to offer to organizations as a tool for their employees to identify employees that are at risk. The site helps to manage employee’s daily activities by awarding points for specific activities. The points are then totaled at the end of a chosen period and prizes are awarded such as time off, cash prizes, etc.
The site features a calendar that shows the total points for each day, tracks their weight, blood pressure, etc as well as lists any upcoming events for the company. The site also features advanced reporting tools with graphing capabilities to allow administrators to (anonymously) track the user’s progress and award prizes.
This site was created to facilitate posting and management of internal documents and information such as departmental policies, human resource documents, board information and virtually anything else needed. The site was designed to be highly flexible so that new 'modules' could be added at any point to extend the functionality as well as add to the existing content. Each module that is created is updated by a specific employee. Access to each module is able to be specified on a per user, per department, per job title or physical location basis. This site is being continually updated to add new functionality.
This site is a custom web application. The client wanted a site where their vendor's & clients could log in and look at inventory information as well as shipping & receiving statements. BDH also implemented an alert system so that if an item dropped below or above a predefined level the vendor & client would receive an e-mail. This system greatly increased the clients productivity since they no longer had to answer phone calls of vendors & clients wanting inventory status & shipping updates.
